Professional Dance School in Lubbock, TX
Welcome to the exciting world of dance! We are proud to offer the finest Ballroom, Country Western, Swing and Latin dance experience in the newest dance facility in the Lubbock area. We teach private local dance lessons and group class lessons. We offer wedding choreography packages to make your 1st dance together a memorable one. We have Quinceanera Choreography packages that are affordable and unique.
We teach beginners, advanced dancers, and competitive dancers! Acencio started teaching at Arthur Murray’s and has been teaching ever since. Acencio has judged, competed and won several awards in Country Western, Ballroom and Jitter-bug, at a world class level.

Acencio is a kind and patient instructor who clearly conveyed the mechanics of the 2-step to my husband and I who had had no previous knowledge or experience. He taught us a beautiful entrance to our chosen song as well. Following just a few lessons my husband was able to maneuver the floor with style and grace during the father -daughter dance at our daughter’s wedding. Nothing but good things to say about Ascencio. My wife and I are procrastinators, and when I called one of the other studios in town to see if they could choreograph our first dance for us with two weeks left they gave the predictable answer. Not Ascencio though, he was nothing but helpful and encouraging, and with his guidance we were able to pull a dance together that made us both ecstatic! If you need a lesson or may be on the fence about signing up for lessons, don't hesitate to give Ascencio a shot. We couldn't have asked for anything more! Extremely satisfied!

My dad and I worked with Ascensio for our Father/Daughter dance for my wedding and he was such a blessing. He was patient with us "non-dancers" and helped choreograph a simple yet flashy routine for one of the best days of my life. Dance Lessons in a Welcoming Environment
One thing we see often in beginner dance classes is a sense of unease in some students. They haven’t been raised to be dancers, and old musicals or dance competition videos have made dancing seem like an unattainable goal. But that’s simply not the case.
At our studio, we create a comfortable environment where everyone feels welcome. While we do offer constructive criticism about form and footwork, we’re not here to judge.

Group Classes
We want everyone to be as comfortable as possible when taking our dance lessons. That’s why we offer both private and group lessons. In private lessons, an individual or a couple can get the one-on-one attention they need to learn specific skills. Private instruction is great for those who can’t commit to a regular weekly class because of other responsibilities.
Our group dance classes are a fun way to get your feet wet. Individuals and couples are welcome and no reservations are required. Both group and private lessons are 50 minutes long.
