This a Dancercise class. Not like Zumba, or Jazzercise. But a system of aerobic exercise using dance movements. I guess you can say that this class is a blend of exercise and dance. In this class you will learn real dance patterns and dance elements. The class will start with a period of easy, but effective stretching. Then it will move into a tactical self-defense period, which is still part of the warm up. Then we will move into the dance phase and we will learn basic patterns in, Waltz, Rumba, Salsa, Merengue, Samba, 2-Step, Quick Step, and Cha-Cha. Learn dance the Fun, Easy Way!
